Mile H-Eye City

"Mile H-EYE City Art Exhibition at Improper City Denver, CO, beginning October 1st-November 30th. We are curating a riveting gallery that raises awareness about childhood eye cancer and portions directly fund kids' prosthetic eyes. Prosthetic eyes are not always covered by insurance due to their custom paint job. These eyes are not cosmetic but a medical need in a broken healthcare system. We want to showcase that if eyes are windows to the soul then all eyes are an important story to tell, regardless if they are real or prosthetic (most children with retinoblastoma lose one or both eyes to cancer). We have both East Coast artists and recognizable Denver artists participating!

Double Vision

Our vision is to communicate through art; large scale murals, gallery shows, adult and kids workshops, accessible artistic events for the public, while highlighting the visually impaired community. We are making it impossible for a person to turn a blind eye to childhood eye cancer. Portions of proceeds of commissioned work are donated to fund Boston Children’s Hospital eye cancer patients' prosthetic eyes (*usually not covered by insurance) and inclusive art programs for children with disabilities.

We would like to invite you to participate in our gallery fundraiser “Double Vision” Art Exhibition at CNCPT 6 in Lowell MA, June 2023. We are officially sponsored by the Massachusetts Cultural Council for this project!
